Sign into your account and click on the Subscription or Order link. There you'll see the status and dates of purchases and subscription charges.
You can change your physical or email address by signing into your account here and change it under your "Account Details". This will only change email addresses for purchasing information.
If you would like to change an email address for a newsletter, blog or other notice, please access the last email you received for those services/notifications and scroll down to the bottom where you will find an "Update Preferences" link to make email address changes. You can also write us at [email protected] if you don't have a last email to make those changes.
With any change of address correspondence, please give us the existing email you use for your account, whether or not that is being changed as we use that to look up your account.
Sign into your Account and click on the Downloads links and there will be a list of items with a button to start the download. All digital purchases since November 2018 should be in your account. If you think you might be missing something or are looking for digital items purchased before the above date, write us at [email protected] and we can send you the links/downloadable PDFs as needed.
- Was your download blocked? Windows Defender may block PDF downloads on some people’s computers. If you experience that, here is the quick fix to ensure that you can take that shortcut to reach your PDF from this point forward.
- Fuzzy PDF text? For some reason, settings in Adobe Acrobat can sometimes get shifted with PDF downloads from shared sources. It’s a very quick fix. Go to this site and use the first option and it should fix it for you.
- Did you lose your digital download email? Direct digital purchases made through this website (with the exception of EU purchases) since late 2018, should be available to download in your account page. Just go to your Account, sign in, and click on the "Downloads" from the list on the left hand side. If you cannot find your download there, use the contact form here to write us and we will send it to you.
Orders made prior to November of 2018 and anything that was sent in exchange for prior credits or balances, or was otherwise comped, do not, unfortunately, appear in your account. Only the purchases processed and paid for through this website become associated with your account here. Anything we do manually is recorded separately. If you can't find something you expect to be in your account, just write us using the form on this page and we will get you what you need.
Orders for physical purchases (items that will be shipped by mail to you) can be made by check.
Checks cannot be used to pay for Digital items. Those need to be purchased online as your access to those products are through an online account and through the final purchase process online.
To purchase physical products by check:
- Go through the process of putting your items into your cart
- Click the cart icon, review, and "Proceed to Checkout"
- Fill out your address so you can choose the correct shipping option and get a final total.
- Print (press Ctrl+P on a PC), or take a screen shot and print, the final purchase page to include your shipping address and all items ordered with the final total
- Send the print out with a check (made out to Tenth Muse Arts) drawn on US funds to: Tenth Muse Arts, 1862 El Monte Dr, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362
Please be aware that the order will not process until the check is received in the mail and deposited.
